The very latest in Saint Lucia's list of "Hot tables" is the recently opened "Piano Piano" located at our very own Cotton Bay Village.   This spectacular Champagne Bar and fine dining restaurant,  is the new place to see and be seen.  Furnished and Interior designed in an eclectice manner using bold colours and big "pop art" paintings you could be in one of the coolest haunts in Manhatten or London - The food is a fusion of Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours and uses influences from Morocco, Spain, Greece and Italy.  Much of the produce used is organic.
