Piano Piano combines a relaxing Champagne Bar with hip elegance and a spectacular restaurant. The food is a fusion of Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours and uses influences from Morocco, Spain, Greece and Italy. Much of the produce used is organic and this style of cuisine lends itself to a vibrant presentation of colour and flavour. Our guests tell us that some of their favourite signature dishes are the appetizers. Special mention to our Tomato Tart, served with aurgula and feta cheese and finished off with a drizzle of pesto oil.

And for their main course, our guests are talking about our Mediterranean-style Bouillabaisse which uses only the freshest fish and shellfish from our St Lucia shores. Then there’s all that chatter about how the lobster is done to perfection! Each course is complemented by fine wine. Many of our guests chose to finish off their meal with one of the chef’s mouth-watering deserts, a selection of fresh cheese and a glass of port.
