Set on a beach on the East Coast of the beautiful Island of St Lucia, Cotton Bay Village enjoys a constant cool breeze and some of the safest swimming on the island in the warm waters of The Atlantic Ocean.

Spend time with your family in an elegant Villa where you can welcome house guests and entertain friends. Even though this is a home away from home, you are on holiday and don�t want to be picking up after the kids or loading the dishwasher, so your Butler* and maid* will be happy to help with your catering, shopping and cleaning needs to make your stay easy and relaxed. Housekeeping services all accommodations on a daily basis, including evening turn-down service.

Your Butler will also be there to arrange your holiday�s activities, such as a sightseeing trip or a barbeque on the beach, or an excursion to see some of the fabulous sights of St Lucia. He is never more than a call away on the mobile phone the village provides for you. For the accommodations without an assigned Butler, the Concierge is happy to assist.

BUTLER SERVICE

Butlers are the highest level of service offered at Cotton Bay Village. The Butler�s main function is to take care of all your requests, including bookings, reservations - basically to supervise and co-ordinate every service that you require from arrival to departure.

It is a personalized service and the Butlers caters to your personal needs - likes and dislikes. It is the attention to the smallest detail of guests� preferences that make our Butlers special. 

The Butler can be proactive in providing the small personal touches knowing when is the most convenient time, without invading your privacy, to perform the requested services. 

The Butler is trained to seek ways of pleasantly surprising his/her guest so that every day of their stay the guest is surpised.

Our Butler service is the very highest level of service and is included in the rates for The Cotton House and Chateaux Mango Villas. 

Butlers can be made available, at an extra charge, for other Accommodation if arrangements are made in advance.
